Yogomo refrigerated truck bodies are widely used in the cold chain transportation industry due to its excellent quality and performance. According to the different insulation materials of the truck body, it can be divided into two types: polyurethane insulation truck panels, also known as PU insulation truck boxes, and polystyrene insulation box panels, also known as XPS insulation truck panels.
Yogomo's PU refrigerator body is based on the technical route of high insulation and lightweight, using leading wet bonding process, the use of high-quality unsaturated resin, through the special large laminating machine equipment, heating, pressurizing and pressing once into a closed organic whole. The interior and exterior surfaces of the box are made of high-quality fiberglass, the interior insulation material is high density B2 grade flame retardant polyurethane foam, and there is no metal component inside the car board. The car board is closed with glass fiber felt and the internal Z-shaped reinforcement, and the internal floor is reinforced with wood. It has the advantages of good heat preservation, high strength and light weight.
● The body adopts polyurethane adhesive structure, good sealing performance, light weight, excellent thermal insulation performance, and high overall strength.
● The rear door and side door adopts the diagonal structure, which saves the effort to open, and uses the labyrinth EPDM rubber seal strip, which is resistant to low temperature and does not age and has good sealing performance.
● The rear door frame is welded with 304 mirror stainless steel profiles and the four corners are strengthened. Rear door stainless steel lock and hinge, overall strength, corrosion resistance, beautiful and generous.
● The exterior of the truck body shall be covered by aluminum alloy with hidden rivets, stainless steel corners, stainless steel rain cover and the lower protection plate of the rear door side door. The whole refrigerated truck adopts 3C certified LED cold light source lamps, high brightness and energy saving. It doesn't fade. Paste national standard reflective mark and sign board.
● The subframe adopts 710L high-strength beam steel, with high strength, no deformation, no cracking. Through the optimization of the structure, the frame is made to resist torsion and bending, and the force is uniform.
